Sally and Billy have been getting close, mainly bonding over how they both got cheated on when their partners, Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) hopped into bed for a one-night stand while visiting their son Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) during his time at a facility.

Since the ONS was exposed, both couples have broken ties. Still, Silly’s sparks had been flying well before Chadam crossed a line in Baltimore.

When Connor was first diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), Sally and Billy had many conversations on how they could help Adam and Chelsea as they were going through their difficult time.
