Young and the Restless

Young and the Restless Full Episode 03/05/25: Nick & Summer Find Out About Phyllis!

Phyllis Accuses Nick of Kidnapping as Sharon Points Fingers at Summer and Daniel

In a shocking turn of events on The Young and the Restless, Phyllis Summers finds herself suspecting Nick Newman of orchestrating her kidnapping. Meanwhile, Sharon Newman casts doubt on Summer Newman and Daniel Romalotti Jr., raising tensions at the abandoned psychiatric hospital where they are being held captive.

As the two women struggle to make sense of their situation, Sharon combs through books in search of clues about their captor’s identity. However, Phyllis dismisses this effort as futile. The duo debates whether the kidnapper could be a former doctor or patient linked to the facility. Phyllis argues that their best bet is to leverage the Newman family’s wealth to buy their way out, but Sharon disagrees, believing that the kidnapper has no financial motives. Instead, Sharon theorizes that someone close to them—possibly a family member or friend—is behind the abduction, using their past against them as a means of forcing reconciliation.

Phyllis takes offense when Sharon suggests her children could be involved, but after some thought, she redirects suspicion toward Nick. Sharon, however, firmly rejects the idea that Nick would resort to such drastic measures. When Phyllis goes further by suggesting Faith Newman or Mariah Copeland might be to blame, Sharon quickly shuts down the notion. Frustrated, Phyllis nearly shatters a window in an attempt to call for help, but Sharon warns her against it, fearing it might provoke their captor and expose them to the harsh winter cold.

Soon after, the mysterious kidnapper returns with a cryptic message, making it clear that their ordeal is not about mere entertainment. Instead, the captor insists that the “game” is the only thing that matters. The women are then confronted with a riddle: “What is worth everything and costs nothing?” The answer to this puzzle may be key to their survival.

Daniel and Billy Grow Suspicious as Nick Seeks Answers

Meanwhile, back in Genoa City, concerns continue to mount over Phyllis and Sharon’s disappearance. At Billy Abbott’s place, Daniel agrees that Phyllis’s behavior before she vanished was odd. He refuses to believe that Phyllis and Sharon simply went on an impromptu getaway, leading Billy to fear that the two women may have been kidnapped together.

Over at Crimson Lights, Nick discusses the situation with Summer, acknowledging that there is a 99.9% chance something terrible has happened. Despite this grim outlook, he tries to keep Summer’s spirits up. However, Chance Chancellor delivers troubling news: Sharon never checked into any spas in Sedona, nor did she take any flights there. Sharon’s vehicle is eventually found in the parking lot of a shopping center, while Phyllis’s car remains parked at the Athletic Club. Additionally, there is no evidence that Phyllis used a rideshare or car service to reach the airport. These discoveries solidify the theory that their disappearance is more than just a case of two women going off the grid.

As Chance provides updates to Nick, Summer, Daniel, and Billy, he also requests the burner phone numbers that Sharon and Phyllis were using before they vanished. The situation rapidly shifts from suspicion to a full-fledged criminal investigation, leaving everyone on edge.

Corporate Tensions Rise: Billy Provokes Adam, Jabot Leak Stuns Jack, and Victor Rejects Truce

On another front, corporate intrigue takes center stage as a shocking leak at Jabot infuriates Jack Abbott. He is quick to assume Victor Newman is responsible and seeks him out for a confrontation, dragging Nikki Newman into the crossfire. Jack accuses Victor of planting spies within Jabot, but Victor plays dumb, denying any involvement. Nikki attempts to mediate, encouraging both men to call a truce, but it appears neither Jack nor Victor is in the mood to end their longstanding feud. Victor, still holding Jack responsible for a past incident involving Nikki at the Genoa City Athletic Club, remains unwilling to let bygones be bygones.

Elsewhere, Billy Abbott has his own scores to settle. At the coffee house, he crosses paths with Adam Newman, who is enjoying a moment with Chelsea Lawson. Billy immediately assumes that Adam and Chelsea are rekindling their relationship and attempts to provoke Adam with insinuations that he is manipulating Chelsea. Although Chelsea insists she makes her own choices, Billy remains intent on blaming Adam for any perceived wrongdoing.

Adam, aware of Billy’s antagonistic tendencies, confronts him, suspecting that Billy is behind a smear campaign targeting him. Their rivalry, deeply rooted in past betrayals, reaches new heights as Billy secretly works to dig up damaging information on Adam. By subtly feeding Chance Chancellor doubts about Adam’s integrity and leaking damaging hints to the press, Billy is determined to paint Adam in a suspicious light.

As tensions continue to mount in Genoa City, one thing is clear: whether in business or personal matters, no one is safe from the chaos that The Young and the Restless brings to its devoted viewers.
