The holidays are upon us, and The Young and the Restless are spreading the Christmas cheer. Several cast members came together at Big Lots to play Santa and make the morning one to remember for some very special children. It looks like this is the fifth year Y&R has partnered with the NAACP for this toy drive.

Toys for Tots

The cast and crew hit up Big Lots, and it looks like they cleaned house in the toy department. Cart upon cart was filled to the brim with toys, stuff, activities, and art supplies. They filled the fan and delivered their awesome finds to the Salvation Army’s toy drive.

Participating in the big day were some of our absolute favorites from the show. Mark Grossman (Adam), Christian LeBlanc (Michael), Bryton James (Devon), Courtney Hope (Sally), Michelle Stafford (Phyllis), Melissa Claire Egan (Chelsea), Sean Dominic (Nate), and Lauralee Bell (Christine) joined in the fun as well as the Sony Pictures supervisor Nikki Latshaw.

This isn’t the first time the cast and crew went overboard to spread the joy. Every year, they gather to join forces and make Christmas morning the best it can be for as many children as they can. This tradition touches so many lives and brings smiles to many kid’s faces.
