The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Cameron Fuels Sharon’s Revenge on Nick – Payback for Choosing Phyllis?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby) will remain front and center in Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) mind as she deals with her latest mental health crisis.

Sharon will continue to see visions of Cameron, who’s already been pushing her to realize Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) isn’t some romantic hero who’s worthy of pining for.

“Cameron” insisted that Sharon didn’t deserve the way Nick treated her, so he’s trying to change her perspective.

Of course, Y&R fans know “Cameron” is just a product of Sharon’s unmedicated imagination, so he’s really speaking for Sharon here.

Sharon must agree on some level that Nick mistreated her, so these Cameron hallucinations seem poised to latch onto that resentment and try to push Sharon down a vengeful path.

“Cameron” may work to convince Sharon that Nick needs to pay for all the pain he’s caused her over the years, especially if he strengthens his bond with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) again.

Sharon has witnessed some close moments between Nick and Phyllis lately, so she’s already been jealous and irritated.

Now that “Cameron” is around to mess with Sharon’s head and rile her up, he’s probably going to point out other bonding sessions and argue that Nick always puts Phyllis first.

“Cameron” could certainly urge Sharon to harm Phyllis and try to get her out of the picture, but he doesn’t seem to think Nick’s worthy of being with Sharon – even if there’s no Phyllis standing in the way.

Instead of trying to eliminate the competition, “Cameron” may think Sharon needs to eliminate Nick or at least make him miserable!

This may be a situation where “Cameron” does his best to twist Sharon’s love and longing into a payback plot. “Cameron” may encourage Sharon to get the revenge she deserves and turn her against Nick in the end.

Whatever the case, “Cameron” will be hanging around to fill Sharon’s mind with disturbing thoughts and plans, so trouble could be brewing for multiple Genoa City residents – including Nick.
