Bold and the Beautiful

The Bold and the Beautiful’s Jacqueline MacInnes Wood’s ‘I Love Lucy’ Moment in Steffy’s Comedic Scene

However, it turns out Wood will have a chance to take things in a more comedic direction soon.

There’s a fun storyline coming up that’ll allow Wood to channel Lucille Ball and hopefully give viewers a good laugh in the process.

In an interview with Us Weekly, Tom Arnold opened up about his two-episode role as Captain Deuce Stevens, who’ll be revealed as a new pilot for the Forrester clan in late July.

The captain will be in charge of getting Steffy, Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) to Monte Carlo in time for the relaunch of Brooke’s bedroom line.

Arnold offered some hints about what fans can expect after Steffy realizes her passport is missing.

As you can imagine, Steffy will panic over potentially missing the flight, so that’ll offer an opportunity for comedy to ensue.

After Arnold praised B&B Head Writer and Executive Producer Bradley Bell for what he wrote, he also had some great things to say about his co-stars – particularly Wood as she worked this humorous angle.

“But I felt that everyone in the scene was pretty good about a little improvising too,” Arnold said. “[Jacqueline] had to do some Lucy stuff with the comedy, ripping stuff out of her bag…It’s not easy when you have props and you have to do this and this, but it worked.”

Based on what Arnold described, it sounds like we’re getting a bit of an “I Love Lucy” moment for Steffy.

We can certainly picture Steffy throwing items out of her suitcase as she frantically works to find her passport and get on that plane to Monte Carlo.

Our predictions point to Steffy going into panic mode and delighting fans in the process, so we’ll bring you updates on Jacqueline MacInnes Wood’s upcoming comedic performance.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say this Monte Carlo trip won’t go off without a hitch, so stay tuned for more news on Steffy’s crisis
