âSister Wivesâ Janelle Brown Shares Special Update Amid Tragedy
Sister Wives star Janelle Brown is sharing a special update amid the tragic loss of her son, Garrison Brown. He passed away a week ago due to an apparent suicide and was just laid to rest over the weekend. This has broken the family but Janelle is trying her best to find solace despite her pain. Read on for more details.
Sister Wives Janelle Brown Shares Special Update Amid Tragedy
Janelle Brown loved her children and went to bat for them when her estranged husband, Kody Brown wanted them gone. He felt that they were being unsafe and breaking his pandemic protocols but Janelle would rather be without a husband than without her children. This was a huge move for her as she was never a super mama bear. In the beginning of Sister Wives, third wife, Christine Brown was the primary homemaker whereas Janelle was the worker bee from morning until night. For them, it just worked and they had a great system. Janelle and Christineâs twelve children along with Meri Brownâs child, Leon, were very close.
Sadly, Garrison Brown apparently took his own life and no one would ever be the same. Though they have each other to lean on, it cannot ease the pain. Luckily, Janelle has found some sunshine in this horrid storm as she shared on Instagram.
Being on the beach with her grandbabies in the beautiful sunshine is her tranquility. She is with her daughter, Maddie Brown Brushâs children, Axel, Evie, and Joey. They had all just gathered in Flagstaff to say goodbye to Garrison but it seems this was just what Janelle needed. She also shared Mykelti Brown Padronâs tribute to Garrison. It featured a pic of him and Mykeltiâs eldest daughter, Avalon.
From the snaps that have been shared by both Maddie and Mykelti, it was clear that Garrison was a great uncle who adored his nieces and nephews. He also loved his mother, Janelle Brown but had a very rough relationship with his dad whom he was estranged from when he passed.
Sending Love
So many followers have written amazingly kind words to Janelle Brown. They had watched Garrison Brown grow up since he was eleven years old on Sister Wives. Therefore, he had become a part of everyoneâs family. This was one tragedy that hit many very hard:
- Iâm so sorry for this enormous loss, Janelle. He was such a bright light. â¤ď¸
- You have almost 15,000 people here praying for you and supporting you as you grieve the loss of your boy. I admire how much youâve fought for your kids.
- We are so so sorry. We light a candle nightly in memory of Garrison and ask for comfort for you and your family.
Nothing anyone can say will ease this trauma but to know how beloved Garrison was is a blessing. Sending so much love and support to Janelle and her family during this time.
