Things are heating up in Genoa City as Monday’s episode of The Young and the Restless brings drama, suspicion, and unexpected alliances. Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) finds himself questioning Phyllis Summers’ (Michelle Stafford) whereabouts after Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) stumbles upon an unsettling revelation. At Billy’s place, Jack and Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) join Billy and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) for drinks, leading to a discussion about Sally’s interior design choices. Diane doesn’t like the sound of that one bit and warns Jack to keep a close eye on his investment. While Jack chooses to trust Billy, he subtly advises him to stay vigilant when it comes to Phyllis.

Later, at the athletic club, Jack and Diane continue debating the Phyllis situation. Diane paints a grim picture, convinced that Billy’s venture is doomed if Phyllis remains involved.

Billy’s Doubts Grow – Is Phyllis in Trouble?

Back at Billy’s, he confesses to Sally that he considered cutting ties with Phyllis after her latest stunt. However, something about her sudden disappearance isn’t sitting right with him. Could something bigger be at play? Sally notices Billy’s genuine concern and starts to wonder if Phyllis might actually be in trouble.

A Rocky Reunion for Damian and Amy

Elsewhere, at Nate’s apartment, he celebrates a successful business deal with Lily and Devon. However, the mood shifts when Damian’s name comes up. Lily drops a bombshell—her investigation uncovered that Damian doesn’t actually own the two companies they believed he did. Instead, they’re part of a larger corporation, Arabesque, which is controlled by Aristotle Dumas.

Nate is furious, insisting he never asked Lily to dig into Damian’s background. Lily defends her actions, saying she only wanted to protect Nate. When Nate learns that Victor Newman was behind the investigation, his anger escalates. He warns Lily that her meddling might push Damian to flee back to LA, jeopardizing everything.

Although Nate later apologizes for his outburst, he remains upset about Lily’s interference, especially after learning she’s had multiple secret meetings with Damian. In the end, Nate makes it clear—Lily needs to back off, and he won’t tolerate Devon getting involved either.
