Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) could end up in more trouble than she bargained for. DOOL fans know Holly duped Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) into handing over money for a senior class trip, but she really gave it to Doug Williams III (Peyton Meyer) to help pay off his debts.

However, Holly went against Doug’s wishes by joining him as he handed over the money, which led to her mouthing off to one of the thugs.

Doug voiced concerns, but Holly downplayed the danger and now seems convinced that the drama is over.

Although Doug hoped Holly was right, he didn’t act completely certain of that.

There was something ominous about Doug’s reaction in Days’ January 17 episode – like Days might be setting up additional danger.

What if the thugs realize there could be far more money where that came from?

It’d be easy for them to stalk Holly a bit and figure out she’s the granddaughter of a very wealthy widow.

Holly is living in this giant mansion with a rich grandma who’d pay just about anything to get her back if she was snatched.

Could the thugs who came after Doug end up kidnapping Holly?

If Holly gets abducted and stashed somewhere, a ransom note could follow.

That could put Maggie in panic mode – and Doug could panic as well once he realizes he’s dragged Holly into such a dangerous situation.

If Holly is indeed headed for some hostage drama, you can bet Doug will do everything he can to save her! Doug may resolve to do whatever it takes to get Holly out of this mess and reunite her with Maggie ASAP.

It’s easy to imagine Doug coming to Holly’s rescue and freeing her from captivity, which could bring a kiss of gratitude.

This would be a great way to pull Holly and Doug closer, so we’ll see if some thug mayhem is still to come.
